Yang to Yin Flow
Yang to Ying Flow integrates dynamic Vinyasa Sequences in the beginning, to finish the class RESToring with Yin Poses. It will integrate some Pranayama, Meditation and playful asanas to experiment, getting to know your body more and creating your own regular practice.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow is called so as the poses smoothly run together. Breathing has a major focus so movements between positions are aligned with inhalation and exhalation. Yin Yoga is known as a slow-paced practice that encourages holding postures for five till ten minutes. All positions are most beneficial for muscles relaxation into the pose, deepening the stretch and finding your balance. Yin yoga is helping on calming the mind, reducing stress and supports entering into stages of meditation.
