Gina has stumbled upon Yoga Nidra in 2015, while googling methods to improve sleeping patterns - she wanted to get rid of getting kept awake from constant overthinking. This was her first approach to meditation, shortly after starting with her yoga practice. Yoga Nidra never left her side ever since, letting her build trust into the various processes of life, including getting her through the high times in joy, as as well by dissolving challenging moments, as grief and a burn out. Gina has travelled extensively for the past 10 years, and let the practice shape her journeys as well. More and more, she integrated conscious travelling, a low waste and a plant based lifestyle into her everyday life. She got certified as a Yoga Nidra instructor at Diya Yoga in Goa, and is now sharing her learnings with the world. Her classes range from classic Yoga Nidra with a hint of candle light and the support of singing bowls, to CBD infused journeys. Her goal is to create a safe space for the student to fully trust, let go of the daily life and enjoy some well deserved me-time. Even if she's Swiss native, her classes are held in English, since it's her language of choice. She offers classic Yoga Nidra, as as well CBD infused journeys.

Regularly practicing Yoga Nidra will help you remain calm and centered admist whatever life throws at you. Yoga Nidra allows you to step back and look at the bigger picture. A regular practice is beneficial to build up trust and habit into meditation. It needs consistency, and it needs to be nurtured to experience all the positive effects.
